Day one

In the pursuit for "good health for the lazy person" I have borrowed my mom's juicer(...2 weeks ago,lol) and this morning decided to give it a try. So this is the first day on the way to a healthier me. Here is what I through together:
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
1 apple
1 tsp lemon juice
1 piece ginger (about one inch square)
and a hand full of spinach
I was surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting ,lol. Next on my list... the mastery of only eating ONE donut;-P
