Day one

2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
1 apple
1 tsp lemon juice
1 piece ginger (about one inch square)
and a hand full of spinach
I was surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting ,lol. Next on my list... the mastery of only eating ONE donut;-P
