Thank god for Sundays...

Got to love that day of rest thinking, cause I'm defiantly into relaxing this afternoon. This morning we did our morning chores which took a bit longer because I forgot to put the dish washer on and wouldn't you know it but everyone wanted cereal this morning and there where no clean bowls. Nothing like starting off your relaxing day first thing with a sink full of dishes. Oh well it's done now. This morning we have some friends coming over with 5 extra kids. Yup, that's right 10 kids IN my house! Oh the insanity!!!!!! But seriously though it will be nice because after they leave we'll go do some shopping, come home have a tasty lunch, put something in the crock pot for dinner (maybe chili, we'll see) and the Taiya and I scrapbook the afternoon away. I can't wait she makes a great scrapbooking partner, she's very creative and loves to talk. That's my girl, lol. Well got to run and try to keep Blake focused on the task at hand... getting his stinky self into the shower and not get sidetrack bugging everyone.

Motherhood

Does this picture look familiar to anyone? Well, anyone with more that one child might understand what's going on hear. Last Saturday, I took the kids for a walk. We went to Goat creek and the beach seems to go on forever (great place the get drift wood). So as you can imagine we walk a fare distance, not too far that Seth couldn't make it ...or so I thought. We turn around to go back and that is when Seth informed me that he just couldn't make it another step, UGH! So as you can see I carried Seth and Nam the other half of the journey. Talk about poop me out, lol. But you know what? That wasn't even the frustrating part. Nam's FREAKIN' SLIPPERS wouldn't stay on her feet!!! Does it look to you like it would be easy to keep putting them on repeatedly?!?!?!

Well what matters is that the kids had a great time. We found some really funny drift wood, (ninja man, Gandalf staff and everything:-)It's so beautiful out that way, the scenery is amazing. I will definitely have to do that again:-) Posted by Hello

My little wall crawlers

Seth spilled a water bottle on the couch and I lifted up the cushion so no one would sit on it... well this is what I found them doing instead. Silly monkeys, almost gave me a heart attack. Remember that Nam is only nine months old in this picture and got up there all by herself!!!!!

Wow time sure flies bye. Kevin is in camp again until the end of the month so things are getting back in the grove. I'm not sure why but the first day after Kevin leaves it always seems to be chaos and this time was no exception, lol. But no worries things are back to normal now.

Hmmm normal.... let me go over the last two months and talk about what has been going on here. First Seth fractured his arm, then on Valentines day Blake split his head open and needed 4 stitches (which surprised me that that was all he needed, I won't get into how grose it was) and then Beau sprained his knee at Ju Jitsu (poor guy cried for about 45 minutes). Thankfully Taiya is no where near as rowdy as her brothers, but I can already tell 2005 is going to be an interesting year, lol.

But on an up note Nam is walking (yes she's only nine months). She has been taking a few steps in between things but tonight she actually walked across the living room a few times. And of course the batteries in my camara are dead, argh! Blake had a slushy that she really wanted. He felt so bad because she was trying really hard to get it from him, following him everywhere, he's like "Oh come on Mom, you have to let me give her some now after all that hard work!" I tell ya she sure has her big brother wrapped around her little finger, lol. As to her walking early I guess she just needed the right motivation:-) Posted by Hello
